- Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless ST3 form is on file.
- Price quotes are in effect for 30 days unless contracted.
- All orders placed will be confirmed via e-mail or fax.
- Before orders are scheduled for production, specifications, price, and payment terms must be approved.
- Pre-pay will be required for new customers,COD will be required for repeat customers who have not met open account terms.
- Net 30 day open accounts and Net 10 day accounts with discount are available with approval on an individual basis.
- GWP will determine method of shipment unless notified by customer.
- Late accounts will be charged a late payment fee of 18% interest per month.
